Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oakland, California. This role is key in our organization, where you will be responsible for a range of tasks including processing applications, maintaining customer records, and handling inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within our industry.Responsibilities: Processing various customer applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintaining detailed and accurate customer credit records Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary Supervising and managing onsite staff and their duties Ensuring the property is maintained physically to meet set standards Following established procedures for vacant apartment turnovers Writing recommendations for physical repairs, improvements, supplies, material, and equipment Ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and investors Interacting with and supervising vendors and contractors. Requirements Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel Familiarity with basic office skills Experience with email communication and management Knowledge of collating documents Understanding of billing procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant would be advantageous.
