Sales Assistant

Description We are looking for a dynamic and trustful Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. In addition to being the first point of engagement for all filmmaking programs, you will also be responsible for maintaining the lead database, driving conversion rates, giving school tours and portraying the positive image of the school to potential students.Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact and salesperson/recruiter for all filmmaking programs, ensuring you deliver a friendly and professional customer experience.

Consistently communicate professionally with potential students through different channels like email, phone, and text messages.

Taking ownership of a database of potential leads. Previous experience with Hubspot would be advantageous as this will aid in effective management and optimization of leads conversion.

Organize, schedule and conduct school tours, both remotely and on physical premises. In this role, you will need to show in-depth knowledge of the school’s programs and facilities and effectively highlight the unique selling points to capture potential students' interest.

Exhibit an impressive closing rate ability by converting at least 1 out of 10 leads successfully. You must showcase robust negotiation capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills to close deals and increase the school's admission rate.

Closely work with the admissions department, coordinating to make certain potential students' inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Oversee the follow-up of potential leads, ensuring that no lead is missed and every potential student gets an exceptional service experience.

Develop strong relationships with potential students to foster business growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar sales role

Exceptional communication skills across all platforms

Proven track record in achieving sales targets

Excellent skills in time management and organization

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot is a plus)

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Resilient, cope well under pressure and embrace challenges

Must have a passion for the film industry and education
