Position: Sr Project Manager Location: Oakland, CA Duration: 6- months+
Job Description: Project Manager.as Manage and lead sprint team
Provide technical support to the team
Ensure preparation of necessary documentation Ensure quality in the given area of work
Ensure packaging and delivery as per standards
Report the project status to the Program Manager
Facilitate and encourage participant commitment and collaboration to meet all interface specification requirements to alleviate defects in future project phases and post production.
Work closely with Operations, Implementation and Program Managers to support HL7 interfaces implementation from our participants to the HIE.
Responsible to ensure that project team completes the project on time
Prepare Project plan, track the progress and publish the reports
Requirement Gathering & Business Documentation.
Assist in onshore-offshore requirement clarity
Track project metrics, ensuring the quality delivery within the accepted cost
Accountable for Risk Management, Communication Management and Stakeholder Management
Helps resolve impediments as First level of escalation
Experience working with SQL, HL7 2.x
Experience with enterprise and/or cloud healthcare software.
Knowledge of healthcare compliances and certifications like HL-7 HIPAA
