AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking a Telephony Consultant. who will have experience in analysis of Telephony Billing process in large enterprise systems
Roles and Responsibilities-
Has Implemented Communication Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions that includes Call Accounting Software
Understands roles and responsibilities
Communication Expenses
Charge Backs and Reimbursement
Developed Project Plans
User Acceptance Testing Requirements for CLM systems
Experience in Call Accounting Software
Asset Management of Telephony Resources
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Certificate
