We are currently seeking dedicated customer service professionals to work in a remote setting. We offer comprehensive training in a virtual office setting. Work schedules are flexible and include evenings and weekends.
What you will do:
-Facilitate the member experience by contacting members who have requested our services and complete presentations via zoom in an interactive setting
-Identify, evaluate, and understand member needs and consistently provides complete and accurate solutions, including products and services
-Effectively operate in a remote setting and be able to navigate multiple systems and programs while maintaining engagement during member interactions
-Enroll, maintain, and update records and member information as needed

What you will need to do to be successful:
- manage large amounts for calls with members
- identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
-build sustainable relationships and trust with members accounts through open and interactive communication
-provide accurate, complete, and validate information by using the proper methods and tools
-keep records of customer interactions, process customer files and documents
- follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-go the extra mile to engage members
Skills needed:
-strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of personalities
-excellent communication and presentation skills
-ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
