Pick up customer service phone line. Avg. 5-10 calls a day
Reply customer emails for questions, concerns, checking stock, place order over the phone.
Place purchase orders with apporx. 10 vendors. Avg 5 po / day
Greeting customers. Avg 5 customers / day
Add/change/remove listings on shopify, amazon, ebay. Will train
Make sure physical inventory from warehouse is same as in the system.
Receiving inventory
File lost or damage shipment with UPS/ Fedex
Work with a team of four
We sell ink and paper supplies to sign shops nationwide
