Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and ambitious Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain valuable experience and contribute to a variety of projects under the guidance of experienced engineers. As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging assignments, develop your skills, and grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Create construction documents using AUTOCAD software including floor plans, sections, elevation, and details

based on project specifications and requirements.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project objectives and translate concepts

into accurate drawings.

Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Assist senior engineers in the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects.

Perform structural calculations and analyses using industry-standard software and tools.

Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings as required.

Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a focus on structural engineering.

Strong academic background in structural emphasis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

EIT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or co-op experience in structural engineering or construction.

Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Experience with software such as RISA 3D & ENERCALC.
