Costa Mesa CA – Licensed Acupuncturist Needed for Leading Auricular Acupuncture and Meditation Groups at Addiction and Mental Health Facilities
NADA protocol auricular acupuncture along with guided meditation
Pay - $100 per session – about 45 minutes. Group sizes range from 2 to 10 people depending on the location.
Positions are in healthcare facilities which follow state requirements so COVID VACCINATION is required.
Experience in meditation practices is preferred but not required.
Experience with addiction community is preferred but not required.
Experience teaching or being in front of groups is preferred but not required.
However, I will provide support and training in these areas if I feel you are a great fit.
Starting at 4-6 groups per week. Currently the groups are scheduled in the mornings two groups back to back on each morning. That schedule could be adjusted based on the availability of the facility.
This is an independent contractor position.

I’ve worked with local addiction facilities in Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and the Costa Mesa areas for many years now. I’ve established a wonderful working relationship with the facilities, staff and clients, and I’ve developed a protocol and way of integrating meditation along with acupuncture that the facilities and clients find affective and enjoy.
ᐧOnce we find you are a good fit, we ask that you (1) observe me in group settings once or twice (unpaid) (2) Do a demo session (paid) (3) check in as needed
It is so important that this acupuncturist walks the walk, meaning you have done work spiritually, mentally and emotionally so you’re able to speak from a place of wisdom during these groups.
