Working in both Newport and San Juan Capistrano offices- looking for part and full time assistants
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: rooming patients, taking medical histories, setting up for surgeries and treatments and assisting in medical and cosmetic procedures, pre-charting, following up on aftercare for patients, checking patients out, calling patients, and cleaning up patient exam rooms and workspaces, managing patient schedule for your provider.
The best applicants will have an interest in medicine, eagerness to learn, ability to retain information, excellent multi-tasking skills, efficiency, and ability to prioritize effectively what needs to be done, cleanliness, organizational skills, great personality, team player. Must like to keep busy, and thrives in a busy environment.
Medical experience is preferred. Electronic Health Record past usage is preferred but not mandatory.
