South Orange County Medical Laboratory is looking for an experienced client service professional.
Seeking:
A positive enthusiastic motivated independent individual that can multitask
Responsibilities
Support laboratory staff, hospital and nursing facility clients. Answer phones, accession specimens, scan and email patient reports. Data entry. Ordering daily client pickups. Answering phones.
Minimum
High school graduate or equivalent
Client Service experience
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Minimum one year experience in a clinical environment
Bilingual English/Spanish
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Good knowledge of general laboratory back-office procedures
Good knowledge of medical laboratory terminology
Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities
Has the capacity to learn clinical software programs
Pay Range
$23.00 - $26.00 DOE
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
