Applicants must:
- Know how to use basic tools and perform repairs
- Clean, Sweep, Mop, Scrub, Vacuum Building and Restrooms
- Gather and Empty Trash
- Replace Lights
- Clean and Shampoo Carpets
- Be able to do Basic Communication through Cell Phone (call, text, take photos)
- Be able to travel to different areas
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Be a team player
Qualifications and Skills:
- Kneel, bend, and stoop on a frequent basis.
- Lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
- Basic English skills reading/writing/speaking
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
Interviews will be basic questions for evaluation
