As a Maintenance Technician you will:
1. A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the rental properties in excellent condition, both inside and out
2. Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
3. Conduct preventative maintenance on the properties or within the units
4. Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items
5. Maintain accurate record of daily maintenance records and action items
General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
Painting: 2 years (Required)
Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
Appliance repair: 2 years (Required)
HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
