Key requirements
Carry out routine maintenance and repairs in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, and general construction tasks.
Part Time with potential for Full time.
5 Years Experience-Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical $39.00/$45.00 DOE
3 years Experience-Drywall, Stucco, Paint Ect. $32.00/35.00 DOE
Keep accurate records of all work performed, including work orders, repairs, and materials used.
Perform a range of repairs such as framing, drywall installation, texturing, painting, plumbing, electrical, and stucco work.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in electrical or plumbing is a plus.
- Experience with drywall and stucco repairs, as well as other general repair work.
