Small property maintenance and cleaning company is looking for a dependable helper in Orange County for light evening work — mostly parking lot trash pickup, with occasional residential cleaning work available.
This is NOT a lot of hours.
Trash pickup:
Two nights per week
One night is a single small lot (about 20 minutes of work)
The other night includes several small lots (around 1.5 hours)
Total weekly pay: $85 (includes gas compensation)
Extra work opportunities:
Occasional help with window cleaning or pressure washing jobs (usually residential)
Flexible scheduling for these when available
Requirements:
Must be reliable and consistent — showing up matters more than experience
Have your own transportation
Have a working cell phone
Able to do light outdoor work
