General contractor looking to hire an administrative assistant with basic knowledge and skills on the following:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Accounts Payable Experience
-Knowledge of Accounting Principles
-Detail Oriented
-Organized and good communication skills
-Some Experience in the Construction Industry
Part-time (20 hours a week) and flexible hours .
Job duties:
Process A/P invoices
Invoice processing/Invoice entry and verification
Sorts, files and maintains alphabetical, numerical and subject filing systems.
Types forms, memoranda and other copy material
Checks and compares date for accuracy and completeness
Gathers specific information and compiles routine reports
May enter data into computer system
Performs related job duties as required/needed.
Office support as needed
This position is M-F Pay $20-$25 /HR based on experience.
