We are seeking a bilingual, energetic, and reliable HR/Admin Assistant to join our team. This part-time position involves handling HR-related tasks and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a positive work environment while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR/Admin operations and support HR-related duties
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
Assist with employee recruitment, new hire orientations, and HR-related employee inquiries
Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish
Maintain HR records and assist with workers' compensation claims
Organize and document employee changes, performance reports, and other HR-related information
Support HR department with internal and external HR-related inquiries
Help plan and execute company welfare events and coordinate training sessions
Handle administrative tasks such as receiving calls, organizing office supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (speak, read, write)
Valid California Driver’s License and ability to drive
Highly proficient in email, MS Office, and other business tools
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask efficiently
Employment Type: Part-time (Temp-to-Perm)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Overtime / Weekend Work: As needed
Hourly Wage Range: $24.00 - $28.00/hr
