We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail oriented Front Office Manager to join our team at Speedy Auto Tint Diamond Bar.
The position is essential in delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting daily operations, driving business growth, and managing our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Greet customers upon arrival, make them feel welcome, and guide them through the check in process.
Explain services, warranties, and tint care instructions clearly and confidently.
Help with Windows Tint Course print out tracker for students to sign in. Help gather their kit and print their certificates.
Make calls off the leads for school.
Customer Checkout and Car Handling:
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Walk customers to their vehicles, provide care instructions, and ensure satisfaction before they leave.
Wipe down cars after tinting to ensure they are spotless and presentable.
Move vehicles safely in and out of the workshop to assist the tinting team.
Business Development & Marketing:
Make outbound calls to local businesses, auto dealerships, to promote Speedy Auto Tint Diamond Bar services and build partnerships.
Follow up with potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with existing partners by ensuring excellent service and communication.
Capture high quality photos and videos throughout the day showcasing tinting jobs, satisfied customers, and behind the scenes work. As well create reels with you in them.
Create and post engaging content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) to increase brand awareness and attrace new customers. Must be in reels and posts.
Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Upselling and Customer Engagement:
Offer customers additional services, warranties, or products to enhance their experience.
Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and share their experiences online.
