Looking to fill a position for a front office receptionist/admin assistant at our small office.
Monday-Friday 10am-4:30pm.
Looking for help with the following:
Greeting guest in the front office.
Answering phone lines via hard line & computer lines.
Replying to customer email inquires.
Filing paperwork.
Help keeping projects, warranties, or special orders organized.
Inputing bills, sales orders & inventory.
Running shipping labels.
Software knowledge:
Microsoft word & excel
Shipstation
Shopify
Quickbooks online
Zendesk
