Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry and watches, excel in sales, and contribute to our welcoming, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Showcase and sell jewelry and watches, demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
Maintain and develop client relationships to drive repeat business.
Assist with merchandising and store presentation.
Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and trends in the luxury jewelry and watch market.
Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory – we offer training for enthusiastic candidates.
