AtWork Personnel is a full-service staffing agency specializing in short-term, temp-to-hire, and long-term positions.
We are hiring a full time Facilities Maintenance Manager! This person will be managing a staff of 10-12 people and will oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of housekeeping and maintenance team. This position also works closely with inventory, outside vendors, purchasing of equipment, services, and products.
Qualifications:
Must have strong plumbing experience, electrical, basic carpentry, strong facilities maintenance experience and management experience.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent or technical or vocational training and at least three (3) years in a management position supervising and participating in facilities maintenance.
