This role will be responsible for keeping our overall marketing scorecard and reporting across critical Marketing KPIs and reporting in general through interlocks across our marketing infrastructure. Critical to this role is thoughtful analysis of our reports to draw insights that can be used in key decision making around our marketing planning, resourcing and delivery process.As we look to transform marketing, and align it closely with our business, this role will be pivotal in streamlining our marketing performance framework across all of marketing, ensuring that there is alignment across reporting, metrics, etc. agnostic of segment, region, or activities. Further, this role will be a driver in providing consolidated and prioritized data requirements for the whole marketing, ensuring that our ‘must have’ data needs are clearly articulated to our customer data organization to enable all marketing efforts.What you’ll do:
Create, maintain, and analyze marketing data in Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe analytics.
Collaborate with the Data Science and IT teams to expand coverage of reliable data and automate recurrent data needs.
Analyze and monitor key metrics and indicators for campaign spend, lead generation,, and funnel efficiency to improve the return on investment and profitability of future campaigns, supported with how best to implement these changes.
Work with cross functional teams to build and optimize attribution models (sourced, influence, etc.)
Support marketing leadership in developing and setting marketing targets, budget allocation strategies.
Partner closely with Marketing leadership to uncover insights and assist in crafting strategies that optimize our lead generation efforts (volume and conversion) and update your analytical roadmap to maximize impact.
Own delivering data and insights for QBRs, executive updates, and other ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Advocate and champion data-driven approaches in our B2B marketing efforts by leading new workstreams, presenting your work to department leaders, and meeting with key partners to push ideas and projects forward.
Been viewed as the go-to expert for marketing performance and optimization opportunities.
Experience you’ll need:
Has a minimum 7 years of experience in analytics/strategy/operations roles
Demonstrates knowledge of B2B SaaS Marketing metrics (demand funnel, spend, CAC, LTV, etc.) and methodologies (multi-touch attribution, A/B testing, etc).
Data-driven and self-motivated attitude and mindset
Solves problems by searching for root causes, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data, and clearly identifying actions to address gaps and opportunities.
Communicates clearly and craft messages that resonate with the audience based on their role and context
Knows and had used platforms with SQL endpoints (Snowflake), data visualization (Tableau), marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo), Web analytics (Adobe Analytics)
Is data-driven and proficient with advanced analytics skills such as data mining, querying, analysis, and visualization.
Emphasizes relationships with business partners to deeply understand their priorities, as well as cross-functional data partners to leverage their skillset and improve the quality of your work.
Is flexible and familiar with fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities may shift with good reason.
