One of our clients in Los Angeles area is looking for a Senior UI Developer with the following skills and experience:



Looking for a strong technical UI developer working within a scrum team and leading other developers.

In this position, you will be a part of the development scrum team responsible for creating and maintaining Next Generation products to support clients all over the world in an Agile environment. Put on your customer centric design thinking hat, ensuring development of features in the product are in line with the overall roadmap and vision.

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:
6+ years of professional front end software development experience (not freelance / hobby experience)
Solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts
Solid understanding of fundamental Javascript concepts
Solid understanding of testing concepts and experience using Jasmine, Jest, or similar BDD testing framework
Angular 2+ experience using Typescript or ES2015+ (Angular JS 1.x, React, Vue JS a plus)
Familiar with Web Components (Stencil, Polymer, Angular Elements)
Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, and SASS or LESS, responsive design
Experience building web applications that interface with enterprise backend systems via REST API's & Web Sockets
Experience with reactive programming concepts and RxJS
Experience with automated browser testing using Cypress, Protractor, Selenium, etc
Experience facilitating code reviews, code quality checks
Experience working with Product Owners to plan future work for the team
Experience collaborating with UX using Design Systems
Eagerness to experiment with new technologies and innovative ways to solve problems
Passion for developing high quality, readable, well tested code

HOW YOU'LL STAND OUT:

Experience with good aesthetic and usability design a big plus
You take pride in producing work that is effective and efficient, despite constraints
Familiar with tax and accounting concepts a plus
Familiar with Functional programming & Software Design Patterns
Familiar with working in an Agile / SCRUM environment
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory)
Must effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant team members
Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
