Job Title: Field TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Field Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is the installation and maintenance of flow monitors and rainfall monitoring equipment. The position involves extensive fieldwork and requires experience in construction or environmental work.Responsibilities
Install flow monitors within sewer systems.
Install rainfall monitoring equipment.
Calibrate flow monitors.
Collect sewer flow and rainfall data and review it for accuracy.
Operate and maintain flow monitors and rainfall gauges.
Inspect manholes manually or with telemonitoring equipment.
Conduct flow isolations, smoke testing, dye water flooding, and site inspections.
Maintain accurate, legible, and organized records in accordance with all quality work instructions.
Maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure safety, mechanical soundness, and productive operation.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies/procedures.
Travel and work overtime hours as required.
Complete all required internal training modules.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction or environmental work.
Proficiency with hand tools and installation procedures.
Ability to work in various outdoor conditions including rain and potentially hazardous environments.
Strong attention to detail for maintaining records and equipment.
Capability to travel and work overtime.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in plumbing or construction.
Ability to use impact drills, hammer drills, and Bosch drills.
