Location: REMOTE for now; Pleasanton, CA
Type: 6 months contract with potential extensions We are looking for a collaborative team-player with a can-do attitude to join our team as a Business Analyst on the Global Support Enablement team. As a Business Analyst, you will work within a global team, spanning various time zones and ensure excellent customer service. In this role, you will partner closely with our internal Business Technology group and our Support teams to maintain and enhance our systems and tools largely powered by Salesforce.com.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Provide complete, detailed business requirements to enable new acquisitions and their users to smoothly transition to Workday.
Participate in improvement, scaling, and support of Customer Support tools.
Test new features during user acceptance testing (UAT) of projects; including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off
Learn the case management system in detail and assist with system documentation for the Support operations team
Provide guidance and training to Support teammates on processes and tools
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process or system improvements
Troubleshoot and triage reported system issues and work with the business and the IT department to find viable solutions and facilitate resolution of issues.
Skills and Experience Needed:
Experience working with mergers and acquisitions.
Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Technology savvy with a knack for troubleshooting Salesforce.com Service Cloud and Community. Salesforce certification is a plus
Ability to be flexible, multi-task and get things done in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Strong organizational skills required.
Previous experience working in agile development cycle and on scrum teams as a business analyst/ product owner.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Bachelor degree, or equivalent and relevant working experience
