The future for Raising Cane’s is growth focused and we’re on the path to being one of the top 10 restaurant companies in the United States.Job DescriptionThe Crew Relations Leader is responsible for partnering with our restaurants and leaders to provide support, which includes conducting comprehensive, end-to-end investigative support for crew concerns (e.g., allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour violations). This role is a dedicated resource that focuses on conducting fair, unbiased, and consistent investigations and providing support for performance management.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Promptly and objectively investigates highly sensitive crewmember issues, concerns and allegations ranging from moderate to high risk in close collaboration with business partners (as appropriate) and in alignment with the company’s policies, procedures, and standards, including:

Manages the end-to-end investigation process

Manages assigned casework in an orderly, timely manner

Maintains and tracks all matters in a centralized database following documentation, reporting, and confidentiality standards

Documents investigations accurately, thoroughly, and in a clear, organized manner

Analyzes data from various internal systems as appropriate

Brings investigations to timely resolution

Exercises sound judgment and escalates matters to the appropriate parties

Supports crisis situations in partnership with the appropriate internal teams

Analyzes aggregate casework data to identify systemic issue trends and makes recommendations in partnership with internal teams for review

Supports responding to claims and charges from regulatory and/or administrative agencies

Supports performance management of crew (e.g., coaching, feedback on areas of opportunity, and redirectives)

Qualifications

3+ years of human resources or employment compliance experience in providing crew relations investigation support to a large-scale, growth-oriented restaurant, customer, or retail organization

Able to handle highly confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality in a time-sensitive manner

Exceptional people and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Word

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

SHRM certification, PHR or SPHR, preferred

Starting from $104,000 - $127,000 annually plus incentive

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc.

Additional InformationThe physical work environment for this role includes a combination of working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane’s out in the community, traveling throughout the division, as well as time spent in our Restaurants. This can and will include working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting.
