Part-Time Household & Personal Assistant
Pay Rate: 25.00 per hour to start, up to 30.00 per hour after probationary period
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to assist with household tasks and errands for approximately 20 hours per week. This is a legitimate part-time position, paid via direct deposit, with all labor laws and regulations observed. Our home environment is courteous and respectful, and we offer a veterans preference.

Core Responsibilities
1. Mail & Bills
- Pick up mail from two locations (house, local mailbox/UPS)
- Sort and file important documents
- Pay simple bills; escalate complex issues as needed
2. Errands & Appointments
- Handle grocery runs, donations, and shopping returns
- Schedule car maintenance and clean vehicles routinely
- Help fuel cars and keep them in ready-to-go condition
3. Light Household Duties
- Assist with tidying common areas, dishes, and occasional laundry
- Check in on senior relatives (brief visits as needed)
- Refill and clean bird feeders weekly
4. Project & Task Coordination
- Organize home-office and household paperwork (e.g., filing)
- Handle simple pet-related tasks (e.g., vet appointments)
- Complete other small projects as directed

Daily Schedule (Mon–Fri, Approx. 20 Hours/Week)
- 8:45 AM–9:30 AM: Clean common spaces, dishes and counters, garbage out
- 9:30 AM–10:45 AM: Pick up and process mail, pay bills
- 10:45 AM–11:00 AM: Paid break
- 11:00 AM–1:00 PM: A Daily Project: Automobile upkeep, errands, returns, donations, and other tasks
(Schedule will vary slightly based on needs.)

- Background Check: Mandatory

- Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, very clean record, insurance
