What You'll DoThe Receiving Clerk is responsible for all functions surrounding the receiving of all merchandise for the hotel and restaurant. This includes receiving, inspection, verification and storage of all product deliveries.Some of your responsibilities include:
Responsible for the receiving, inspection, verification and storage of product
Rotates products and transport items from receiving to appropriate
Reconcile order versus the packing slips and compare packing slips versus Purchase Orders and work with accounting department to get invoices paid on time and
Ensures the proper documentation and paperwork to proper
Distributes shipments to hotel storage
Acts as an ambassador and security on the dock, ensures all vendors and visitors have signed in and have the correct Visitor passes to travel through the space
Reports security issues with direct manager to include issues with other vendors
Enters all COS vouchers in the systems
Reports Blind drops to direct managers who are responsible for ordering
Manages trash and compactors on the dock to include ensuring colleagues are trained on how to use properly.

Must have understanding of purchasing/receiving clerk daily processes.

This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Sacramento, CA.This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
