Are you an experienced and dynamic leader in the hospitality industry? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the team of our new restaurant Sette. If you possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you!
Sette is Italian for the number seven. Sette crafts just seven main dishes. Five iconic house-made pasta dishes and two rotating entrees that change each month. With this intense focus on just a few items, we ensure our guests receive the very best our team can offer.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
Guest Service: Uphold our commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Performance: Collaborate with the management team to meet financial targets. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Knowledge of financial aspects of restaurant management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Compensation:
Estimated Salary: $90,000 which is comprised of a $68,000 base salary plus a share of our automatic service charge
