We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee our back-of-the-house operations. The kitchen manager will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory, and supporting an efficient, positive work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of kitchen lead or manager role, ideally in a fast-casual or high-volume setting.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
Train, mentor and schedule kitchen employees
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and reduce waste
Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
