Key responsibilities
1. Guest services:
- Welcome guests warmly as they enter.
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waiting list.

2. Table and reservation management:
- Handle reservations for individual parties and large groups.
- Use seating charts and policies to efficiently assign tables and optimize seating arrangements.
- Monitor the status of tables (clean, dirty, occupied).
3. Assisting staff and maintaining the front-of-house:
- Coordinate with servers to ensure efficient service flow.
- Keep the reception area, entryway, and menus clean and organized.
- Help with opening and closing side work duties.
4. Handling issues:
- Politely address guest complaints or concerns and inform management of any dissatisfaction.
