Looking for a full time landscaper to be 1099 or employee

Looking for a full time landscape person to either be a 1099 or employee of our company. Prefer a 1099 person who has their own landscape equipment and truck.

You will be laying bark, bender board, new sod, sprinklers, installing turf etc.

Competitive wages and full time plus.
