Job Title: Branch Support Coordinator

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 an hour depending on experience

At Exact Staff, we are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with top employer. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Branch Support Coordinator to support both the sales and recruitment efforts of our Sacramento branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging job boards, social media, and networking.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate, up-to-date information.
Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding new hires.
Sales & Business Development:
Support the branch in generating new business through lead research, cold calling, and prospecting potential clients.
Assist in creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in both recruitment and sales
