We are seeking an Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator with strong organizational skills and excellent communication who can support internal teams, providers, and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00/hour | Full-Time | Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
Temp to Hire Opportunity
Responsibilities
Manage customer service inbox and incoming calls
Update provider/vendor databases and track documents
Request and organize W-9s and other required forms
Assist with billing, data entry, and reporting
Support compliance and state reporting
Provide friendly customer support
Handle sensitive information (HIPAA compliant)
Qualifications
2+ years in administrative and/or customer service roles
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Healthcare or billing experience is a plus
