Partial Full Time Administrative Support Position (accounting background preferred) (30 hrs/wk)
Overview:
Tax Firm seeking Receptionist/Office Admin Support to assist with:
Greeting clients
Answering multi-line phone system
Processing incoming mail
Maintaining common areas
Assisting Attorneys/Support Staff as needed
Assisting with e-mail and telephone correspondence
Other miscellaneous tasks, as needed

Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Job Benefits:
Position is for 30+ hours per week, Monday-Friday. During busy seasons, 40 hours per week.
Pay is hourly beginning at $22/hr and will depend on experience.
