OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has verifiable work experience in a business office environment, be highly organized, detail oriented, very responsive, excellent follow up skills, efficient, excellent communication skills, and teamwork skills. Has demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Must be passionate about providing exemplary customer service! This person will be good at anticipating needs, creating order and processes, smoothing out inefficiencies, supporting the team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Property Coordinator has the responsibility for all phases of the operations of any rental property, including answering calls, data entry, supporting screening, tenant move-ins, maintenance requests, and leases.

35-40 hours/week

Arrives to work on time.

Follows directions from supervisor.

Interacts well with co-workers.

Understand and follow work rules and procedures.

Pay: $22.00 to $24 per hour paid vacation/commission

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
