Use phone etiquette when answering phones by asking who the company is and how you can help them. Take a message or direct them to appropriate team members.
Coordinate front desk activities, such as greeting visitors on entrance, and managing sales force email blasts.
Maintain social media presence on FB, IG, LinkedIn, and the company’s website.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with regulations.
Data input using quick books.
Knowledge of various computer systems and software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Quickbooks; the ability and willingness to learn new computer programs.
Open, review and close work orders.
Order parts responsibly as needed.
Connect with customers for collections and occasional check ins.
File warranty claims, return warranty parts and reconcile payments.
Shipping and receiving
Maintain a clean and orderly reception and office area.
Coordinate any rentals. Complete all rental paperwork.
Occasional projects to assist team.
Compensation
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience
