Start: $25+/hr based on experience and after probation period.
Experience: 1–3+ years in bike repair, tune-ups, diagnostics, and component replacement.
Skills we love:
Modern drivetrains (Shimano, SRAM, etc.)
Hydraulic & mechanical brakes Wheel truing, spoke replacement, wheel builds
Suspension & basic e-bike repair a plus
What you’ll do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain bikes end-to-end
Meet shop productivity goals
Keep workbench clean and parts organized
