Job Description
Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch technicians as service calls are completed. Research part information. Create quotes for repair. Ordering parts for return visits. Schedule return trips with customer when parts come in. Review and send the invoice when service call is completed. Maintains customer database and customer maintenance contracts.
Ideal Candidate:
In this position, the responsible person needs to have the following:
- Customer service skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) HVAC/R terminology and software
- Proficient with computers, phones, and other office equipment
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Demonstrate an attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent daily attendance and timeliness
