The long-term contract / temporary to hire Project Assistant role will be based in Salinas, California.Responsibilities

Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress

Analyzing data, developing reports, prooing and editing documents, and preparing presentations

Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications

Ensuring key partners receive project information

Conducting research online for information

Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events

Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents Requirements - At least 3+ years of business/office experience

Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Canva experience

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is preferred

This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred

Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

Knowledge of database and file management
