Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our Tax and Accounting office in San Diego is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bookkeeper job duties include but are not limited to:
Full Charge Bookkeeping from Bank Reconciliation to Financial Statements
Fully versed in Quickbooks Accountants Desktop Plus and Online
QBOA is required and the individual must have prior experience
Minimum 5 years of experience working in an accounting office or firm
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required
MUST have organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to communicate with clients via phone, email and in person
Preparation of Quarterly/Annual Sales Tax Returns
Preparation of Quarterly Financial statements
Preparation of Form 571
Preparation of 1099’s/1096’s
Knowledge and experience in tax preparation is a plus
