Feuling Parts is looking for a full-charge bookkeeper to take over all financial aspects of the company.
The ideal candidate must have the following credentials:
Minimum 5 years of A-Z bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online
HR experience as it relates to onboarding/resigning personnel, administration of the company 401K plan, and administration of the company’s medical insurance plans
High-medium to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, xlookup, concatenate)
Office management skills including overseeing multiple insurance plans (product liability, WC, vehicle, health)
