This is a NOT a live on site position!
Local Company with professional office environment is seeking a manager to lead an existing/fairly novice team.
The right candidate must be able to;
-Lead by example
-Know when to take the lead
-Know when to delegate
-Work Tuesday-Saturday
-Schedule vendors
-Verify work performed by vendors
-Keep office and property supplied
-Help train or re-train employees
-Work closely with director
Candidate must also posses the following;
-Ability to think and react quickly
-Punctuality
-Practice active listening
-Ability to multi-task
-Attention to detail
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-Greeting/assisting new and existing tenants
-Sales (no cold calling)
-Conflict resolution
-Answering and returning incoming calls in a professional manner
-General office and clerical duties
-Light cleaning
-Walking the property multiple times a day
-Inventory control
Storage experience a plus, but not necessary.
Manager will work Tuesday- Saturday. May work some holidays
Bilingual a plus
