We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure all receivable reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare bank deposits and post customer payments by recording checks, cash, and credit transactions.
Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and coordinating contact with collections department.
Maintain all receivable information by detailing unpaid invoices and credits.
Support the financial team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivables Specialist.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of invoicing and payment processes.
Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
