Our Service Covenant: Smile - Empathy - Recognition - Voice Integrity Care - Experience.We are looking for an Activity Assistant/ Smoking MonitorThe primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of this facility.Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated, by noting, reporting, and charting resident behavior.Assist in preparing activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programsAssist in cleaning up activity areas after completing activity functions.Monitor resident smoking to assure safety and security.Maintain and distribute smoking materials during designated smoking breaks.Requirements:You will need a high school diploma or its equivalent.You will need to clear a background checkYou will not have any history of abuseMust obtain a CNA licenseUS:We provide an organized, and fun work environment.
