Associate Program Analyst

DescriptionSAIC is seeking an Associate Program Analyst to join our fast-paced Project Management Office (PMO) supporting the Navy’s TACNET CB-ISEA Program to review incoming Contract Data Requirements List (CDLR) and approve subcontractor purchase requisitions.NOTE: This position is mostly Work from Home, but will require to go into the San Diego, CA office at least once per month.JOB DESCRIPTION:

Review incoming CDRLs from the Program Managers to ensure quality assurance of deliverable documents

Support the RFQ process by reviewing RFQ artifacts, creating subcontractor performance work statements, reviewing basis of estimates, generating RFQ approval router

Review and approve subcontractor purchase requisitions

Update and maintain PMO SharePoint site(s)

Backup support for tracking personnel on contract (roster, certifications, TWMS, onboarding, etc.).

Process traveler letters of approval in DoD SPOT system

Support ad hoc data calls as needed

QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree and zero (0)+ years of relevant experience; additional four (4) years' experience accepted in lieu of degree

Experience supporting government contracts and/or project management duties preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office products

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; no clearance required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain

Must be a current U.S. Citizen

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
