Job Summary: Serves as Automotive Service Center Supervisor responsible for supervising specialty services including motor fuels automotive repair and automotive parts. Ensures that services rendered conform to company policy and standards. Prepares required reports and directs subordinate associates. Resolves customer issues. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the efficient operation of an Automotive Service Center. Receives gasoline and authorized automobile parts. May contact vendors as necessary to ensure timely stock replenishment. Assists in developing operating forecasts and prepares input for payroll and other direct expenses. Responsible for cash fixed assets inventory accountability and the maintenance of inventory management documents at the service center. Assigns repair orders ensuring work is distributed efficiently for the highest shop and technician productivity and standard of repair. Supervises and participates in the conduct of periodic inventories the maintenance and analysis of cost records gasoline surveys and compliance with correct receipt pricing and storage procedures. Coordinates and executes inventory counts. Ensures correct receiving pricing and stocking procedures. Maintains good customer and employee relations.
