Description We are offering an opportunity for a Case Specialist to join our client's team in San Diego, California. The role will primarily involve reviewing and processing applications, providing customer service, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role requires fluency in Dari, Pashto, or Farsi and will involve significant interaction with different individuals. Responsibilities: Review and analyze customer applications, making informed decisions based on data and sustainability Maintain communications with customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and case progress Provide necessary case management services and housing assistance referrals Follow up on cases, ensuring that customer information such as addresses, and financial situations are current Collaborate with superiors for training and approval of funding requests Perform case file reviews, ensuring completion and accuracy before processing for release of payment Respond to routine requests for information concerning cases Maintain consistent and thorough follow-up on existing cases Utilize language skills in Farsi or Dari to facilitate communication with diverse customer baseRequirements Proficiency in the Farsi, Dari, or Pashto language is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of clients. Strong customer service skills are required to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Ability to resolve customer service disputes in a detail oriented and efficient manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for successful interaction with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for handling customer complaints and queries. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple cases simultaneously. Proficient in using computer software and technology for maintaining and updating case records. A team player with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing and prioritizing caseload. Adherence to company policies and regulations related to case management. Willingness to continue learning and enhancing skills through ongoing training and development opportunities. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
