Description Robert Half is in need of a determined and efficient Billing Clerk. This Billing Clerk opening is with an organization in the San Diego, California area and is a short-term contract / temporary to hire position. As a Billing Clerk, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. Build financial controls and procedures
Evaluate, process, and review bills or invoices for services rendered
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Comprehensive knowledge of Invoice Entry
Data entry experience
Knowledge of billing
Microsoft Office Suites experience
Post Invoices experience preferred
Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
