Utilize computational methods to identify molecular subtypes with unmet medical needs in immune-mediated diseases.
Perform in-depth analyses to understand the biological functions and mechanisms underlying these disease subtypes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and validate potential therapeutic targets.
Contribute to the development of disease models and validation processes for therapeutic candidates.
Engage with discovery immunology teams to support hypothesis testing and therapeutic development.
Summarize and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
RequirementsMaster’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in R or Python for data analysis and visualization.
Expertise in downstream analysis of NGS data (e.g., WGS/WES, bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics).
Strong understanding of disease biology, particularly in immunology and molecular mechanisms.
Knowledge of network and systems biology; familiarity with machine learning/AI methods is a plus.
Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industries is advantageous
Creative problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
Strong communication, presentation, and data visualization skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and fluent in written and verbal English.
