OverviewCome join the Consumer Group's Data Organization as a Data Business Systems Analyst! The CG Data Management team’s mission is to accelerate the outcomes of the data organizations by driving data programs and uniting cross-functional teams to operate with velocity.As part of the Data Management team, you will help us drive CG data initiatives in order to advance our data ecosystem and deliver critical business outcomes. You will have a direct impact on the core technologies powering the data organization and will leverage end-to-end data strategies to unlock the power of data to deliver amazing customer benefits.Responsibilities

Data systems administrator for our suite of data and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Qliksense, database query tools and our data portal in AWS.

Provide front-line systems administration technical support to a team of 40 analysts to ensure the highest level of team productivity; onboard new analysts to the team to ensure rapid ramp-up

Manage our data tools portal by updating HTML code and managing the files via AWS

Facilitate data execution plans across data engineering and analytics programs through planning, launch, and post-production support

Quickly and effectively, identify critical issues and dependencies that need action and personally drive them through to closure.

Effectively communicate program information appropriately to varying levels of stakeholders across the data organizational.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical program management for large-scale business systems and/or software development initiatives. Tableau server/site administration experience a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science.

Strong technical acumen, extreme attention to detail, excellent organizational skills required to produce high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences; ability to structure and communicate goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria

Demonstrated ability to simultaneously understand and communicate the bigger picture while diving in to understand issues & risks to drive rapid resolution.
